Our Sustainability

We grow our own organic vegetables and flowers at Primrose Farm & Garden, cultivating ornamental plants and chemical-free kitchen herbs for use in the hotel.

We proudly founded Tohsang Cotton Village, a cultural preservation center along the Mekong River that promotes the art of traditional handwoven cotton.

Decor items in our guest rooms, including lamps, curtains, bed runners, and cushions are all handcrafted using natural materials.

We operate our own drinking water facility, certified by the Thai FDA. Using advanced RO filtration and glass bottle sterilization, we ensure the highest water quality. This system helps us eliminate over 73,000 plastic bottles annually across the entire resort.

We implement a complete waste separation system at the resort, sorting waste into organic, recyclable, and landfill categories. This minimizes environmental impact and encourages responsible waste disposal practices among staff and guests.

In all guest rooms, we use environmentally friendly amenities and strive to minimize single-use plastics as much as possible, offering guests a more sustainable and conscious stay.

We are passionate about local sourcing. Most of our ingredients come from nearby communities - we purchase fresh fish from local fishermen, seasonal vegetables from small-scale farmers, and local products from artisans.

By taking these steps, we help preserve valuable local knowledge, enhance quality of life for our community, and reduce our environmental footprint. Our aim is to create long-term sustainability - for both nature and people.
